Doordash - Evergreen
I was called by creative director Timothy Williams to join the team on a large campaign for DoorDash. The scope included producing 21 unique 30-second spots, followed by adaptations into more than 300 deliverables across social media and broadcast formats.
My primary responsibility was compositing, with additional support in motion design and 3D. Early tasks included animating the DoorDash bags to appear filled as objects fell into them, and creating a template so the other compositing artist could follow the same approach.
To prepare the shots for the 3D team, I tracked each one in SynthEyes and rebuilt the scenes in Cinema 4D,
providing accurate setups for the food animations.
With the renders in place, I moved into compositing, integrating passes, and handling the transitions from flat lists into fully volumetric objects. The 3D team delivered exceptional work, and my focus was on fine-tuning their results so that the shots stood out and felt naturally integrated with the live-action.
